Benefits of Tuning into Your Chi Force
It helps your relationships run smoothly,
Helps your plans to move ahead,
Brings good fortune into your life,
Helps you exude energy and health.
How to Tune into Your Chi Force
1. Relax your arms and your hands by gently shaking them, then shake your legs and feet. Stand erect and alert but say relaxed. Position your feet as far apart as the width of our shoulders. Place both of your hands loosely at your sides, with your palms open and facing backwards.
2. Gently lift your arms upwards until they are vertical above your head, then bring your open palms to face the front. As you lift your arms, stretch them high and breathe in through your nose. Focus your attention on your palms.
3. Gently, lower your hands about six inches, so that your palms are now facing downwards at about 45 degrees. As you do this, breathe out thorough your mouth. Breathe out very slowly, blowing out the air gently. Try and hold this position for a few minutes.
4. Still holding this position, stand on your tiptoes and try to remain balanced. The idea is to stretch yourself as high as you can while breathing.
If you do this exercise at least seven times you will feel a kind of force on your palms this can be felt as a tingling sensation or a heavy sensation...this is your Chi!
